AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Overview

Description: We are seeking an AWS Professional Certified Solutions Architect to join our team! You will design, consult and implement AWS solutions to complex application problems and deployment solutions.

• Work with customers' development teams to host applications on the AWS platform.
• Interpret and implement architectural renderings for deployment.
• Provide quality assurance review of new and existing applications on AWS.
• Provide network and architecture diagrams for clients.
• Build an AWS VPC from the ground up from design to production.
• Define security, networking and operational policies and processes with the client.

• Experience with Terraform, Chef, Puppet, and Cloud Formation.
• Minimum AWS Solution Architect Professional certification.
• Prefer to have AWS Security or Networking specialty certification.
• Years of tech experience with at least public cloud experience implementing solutions with AWS.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
• Minimum years' experience setting up Dev Ops using AWS components.

• The majority of EC, ELB, EMR,S CLI and API scripting (Bash/Shell, Python, Java script).
• Container orchestration utilizing ECS, EKS, Kubernetes.
• IaC or automated builds using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Automating cloud infrastructure, such as with Cloud Formation or Terraform.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
