** What You’ll Do
** As our Technology Services Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of engineers responsible for ensuring the functionality, security, and continuity of the systems that keep Pax8 running. Your focus will be on:
* ** Leading & Growing People:
** Hire, coach, and mentor a collaborative team. Foster psychological safety and a culture of learning while promoting AI literacy and upskilling.
* ** Driving Performance:
** Use KPIs and customer feedback to improve service quality. Maintain dashboards and reporting for IT performance and customer satisfaction.
* ** Ensuring Reliability:
** Oversee incident and request management processes, partner with IT leadership, and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance system resiliency.
* ** Championing

Innovation:
** Identify opportunities for automation and AI augmentation, reduce technical debt, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
* ** Collaborating Across Teams:
** Work closely with Product Managers and AI platform stakeholders to align priorities and share insights that shape Pax8’s evolving AI strategy.### ###
** What We’re Looking For**

* Experience:

**  + 3+ years in technology or related field  + 2+ years in leadership or management roles
* ** Skills &

Competencies:

**  + Proven ability to lead technical teams and foster a high-performing culture  + Strong understanding of IT service delivery, infrastructure operations, and security practices  + Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation platforms  + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
