Delivery Consultant - Modernization, AWS Professional Services

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking a Delivery Consultant – Application Modernization. In this role you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• 3+ years architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience delivering application architecture/design/modernization projects, including cloud-based solutioning (AWS or equivalent), with AI and automation
• 3+ years experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices
• AWS Professional level certification, or Associate’s degree or above
• AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Cloud Formation)
• Experience with automation and scripting (Terraform, Python)
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR)
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience delivering large-scale software development and modernization initiatives, with deep expertise in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, Microservices) and Generative AI tools/technologies
• Proven ability to deliver software engineering best practices across testing, source control, code reviews, and deployment/release management processes

Base salary ranges:
Colorado $131,300 – $177,600 annually;
National $118,200 – $204,300 annually.
