Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent
Location: Denver, Colorado Remote (within Colorado)
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (3 weeks)
Permanent Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier I support for the my Colorado mobile app.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for iOS and Android devices.
- Install my Colorado software following standard procedures.
- Log incidents in the ticketing system.
- 1 year of experience in mobile application support
OR - Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience with Jira, ITIL, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and government work.
- Familiarity with Apple/Google Play Store and mobile device diagnostics.
