Summary Of RoleThe Senior PPC Specialist is a key leader in the Techint Labs Operations team, managing enterprise‑level advertisers through robust multimedia strategies. This role manages top‑tier accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and performance through trafficking, optimization, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities- Ad Trafficking – order intake, pre‑optimizing, and launching campaigns in our demand‑side platform.
- Campaign Management – continually checking and improving campaign health, including pacing, click‑through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Communication – simplifying complex concepts for advertisers and explaining campaign details in a consumable way.
- Reporting – providing in‑depth analysis of campaign and business performance, benchmark data, and KPI insights.
- Team Building – contributing ideas to accelerate business growth and help the company grow 5x in the next year.
- Troubleshooting – performing troubleshooting steps, documenting best practices, and ensuring issues are resolved.

CompensationSalary and bonuses target a total annual compensation range of $75,000 – $85,500. The base salary is $75,000 annually, and the bonus structure ties to revenue & retention targets for select partners and advertisers.

Requirements- 6+ years in ad operations, ad trafficking, or account management at a digitally focused ad agency, client, or media company
- 4+ years communicating with clients or internal customers focused on data, operations, and/or performance conversations
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon, and or any other associated ad serving technology
- Experience with ecomm, shopping, data feed management is a plus
- Experience aggregating, providing, and explaining performance reporting for digital media campaigns
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of digital production, design, digital ad tags, and/or creative specs
- Demonstrated experience handling, organizing, and managing complex, detailed‑oriented tasks with a high level of success and a very low error rate
- Ability to work independently and solve problems through provided channels
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Exceptional time management skills
