Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer

• Lead the engineering, design, and configuration of a new Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment to support project goals.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Configure Marketing Cloud features including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Audience Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Design scalable solutions for data integration, segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution.
• Establish governance, best practices, and documentation for Marketing Cloud setup and ongoing use.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other Salesforce products and external systems.
• Provide guidance on user adoption, training, and change management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SFMC capabilities, architecture, and roadmap alignment.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineering and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SFMC modules (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.).
• Experience spinning up and configuring new SFMC environments for enterprise projects.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and integration concepts.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, or Marketing Cloud Developer) strongly preferred.

• Prior experience supporting long-term digital marketing transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with broader Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CDP).
• Background in marketing operations or business analysis with a technology focus.
