At Candid Health, we’re searching for our first Analytics Lead to help us enhance efficiency, product scalability and operational decision making. You will perform critical analysis and implement data‑driven solutions that enable our engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver transformative software to the healthcare providers.

• Perform critical data analysis for a broad range of stakeholders: build analytics and visualizations to inform business strategies.
• Enable self‑serve solutions to internal teams: deliver internal products that improve tooling and operational workflows.
• Build high‑value data products: develop robust, scalable data models for customers.
• Own BI platform implementation: maintain reporting and visualization platforms to keep data accurate, accessible, and available.

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or a data‑intensive field such as Library Science.
• 4+ years of experience working with data at scale, performing analysis, ETL, and process automation.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with common data warehouses such as Snowflake, Big Query, or Redshift.
• Strong understanding of SQL in complex data environments.
• Deep understanding of how different users leverage data and ability to build the right insights and tools for them.
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys tackling complex, high‑impact tasks.
• Clear and concise communicator, adept at explaining complicated ideas in simple terms.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Big Query), Metabase, Terraform, Python, DBT.

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $180,000 USD. This range is a guideline from Pave data; the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job‑related skills, experience, interview performance, and market data. Total compensation may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Candid Health values the potential upside from equity in its compensation package.
