SAP Program Advisor - (Mining Industry MUST)

Base pay range: $85.00/hr - $100.00/hr
Location:
Denver, CO - 80237 (Hybrid: 2 days in the office - Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
Duration: 6-month contract to start (Could extend or go FTE based on company needs) (25% traveling when needed if this person is local)
Must have mining experience.
Expert in SAP, and SAP Functional (FICO). Someone who has experience with SAP working on IT implementation projects. SAP Accounting/Finance experience.
Excellent project management skills, organized, excellent communication skills (able to speak to all levels esp up to executive level) as well as do presentations in front of C Level.
The role is a bridge between IT delivery on the SAP side and the business. They will be working with business partners in finance, supply chain, and plant maintenance.
This person will be laying out processes and removing roadblocks to keep projects moving efficiently.
This is a migration that the client is currently doing. They plan on doing an SAP upgrade and some functional work. Need this person to be the bridge for that. Really a liaison – this person will be working on the delivery on the SAP side, but they need to understand enough of the SAP in a lot of the key business areas and figure out what needs to be done, how they need to things, or can/cannot do.

- 15-20 year experienced professional
- Mining Industry experience highly desirable
- SAP experienced Business functional user (FICO)
- Business liaison and advocate; while part of the IT team, it is imperative the Program Advisor is considering the impact on and perspective of business operations.
- Program Management; the role will ensure the project stays on-track, there is a dedicated project manager assigned.
- Executive communication. It is necessary that the individual in this role has experience communicating with the Executive, C-Level and/or Board of Director levels.
- Risk Management - identify and keep a pulse on potential project risks and work mitigation plans.
- It may be necessary to jump in and triage certain project risks depending on the scenario and resources.
