This position may be filled remotely or at any of our locations.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Server Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+, routers, switches and Wi‑Fi APs).
  • Support desktop and server application distribution and updates via Microsoft Update Management Center, Intune/MS Endpoint Manager, Azure Virtual Desktop, scripting and Group Policy.
  • Deploy, manage and maintain information technology solutions, including Windows servers and cloud systems.
  • Design, support and implement Microsoft Active Directory Services and Azure Active Directory.
  • Define, implement and enforce security frameworks for existing and new systems.
  • Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of defined standards.
  • Implement and maintain anti‑virus and anti‑malware solutions.
  • Use ITIL best practice to plan, document and transition services into production; continually review and improve.
  • Support other infrastructure solutions such as SQL Server, Intune, Azure, AWS, Office
    365, App Sense, Azure Files, Illumio, Sentinel One, Check Points, Palo Alto.
  • Assist in inventory control and asset management.
  • Plan, test and implement disaster recovery.
  • Respond to end‑user issues routed by the IT Help Desk Analysts.
  • Recommend patches, reconfigurations or new products to enhance the firm’s technical systems.
  • Provide technical assistance to others in Information Technology, including on‑call duty and work outside normal business hours; perform special project duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement technology solutions to business problems.
  • Maintain ongoing self‑education.
  • Document processes for the Engineering and Administration team.
  • Partner with the Security team to manage security‑related applications.
Physical Requirements

The employee may be required to be stationary for prolonged periods, open filing cabinets, bend or stand as necessary, and inspect information on a computer screen at least 80% of the time. The employee may need to lift and carry 25‑35 pounds on occasion.

Position Requirements
  • 4‑year degree with major coursework in Information Technology or related field; or combination of education and commensurate work experience.
  • 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Experience managing technology and infrastructure projects.
  • Keyboarding skills and familiarity with computer software and network systems.
Compensation and Benefits

Employees receive compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. Expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:

  • California: $82,000 - $156,000
  • Colorado: $75,000 - $134,000
  • Illinois: $74,000 - $143,000
  • Maryland: $79,000 - $120,000
  • Massachusetts: $82,000 - $156,000
  • Minnesota: $82,000 - $135,000
  • Jersey City, NJ: $89,000 - $161,000
  • New York: $76,000 - $164,000
  • Vermont: $81,000 - $155,000
  • Washington: $79,000 - $150,000
  • Washington, D.C.: $106,000 - $155,000
