Position 2:
Agentic AI Integration Architect
Core Mission:
Design and build the technical architecture for the company's Agentic AI customer interaction platform, ensuring secure integration with the company's customer systems and reliable performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect integration between Agentic AI platforms and the company's customer data systems, billing platforms, and service management tools to enable intelligent customer interactions
- Design and prototype AI agent workflows for customer service scenarios, including technical support, billing inquiries, service changes, and escalation handling
- Lead hands-on evaluation of Agentic AI vendors and platforms specifically for customer interaction use cases, building proof-of-concepts and technical assessments
- Navigate the company's enterprise security and approval processes to implement AI agent access to customer systems while maintaining data protection and compliance requirements
- Build technical integration patterns for third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enable customer interactions through external AI assistants
- 7+ years architecting customer service platforms or customer data integration systems in enterprise environments
- Deep technical expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, LLM integration, and conversational AI architectures with hands-on implementation experience
- Experience integrating AI systems with customer service platforms, CRM systems, and billing/service management infrastructure
- Proven success in implementing secure AI solutions in regulated enterprise environments with complex approval processes
- Strong ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate AI technologies specifically for customer interaction scenarios
Successful integration of Agentic AI with the company's customer systems, achievement of sub-2-second response times for customer interactions, and secure deployment meeting enterprise compliance requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
