Drug Rebate Analyst Role
We are looking for a data analyst experienced in the health plan or pharmaceutical drug industries with strong knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims data. The analyst will develop, prepare and maintain high‑quality data analytics that provide deep insights into the financial impacts of drug rebate contracts, working closely with leading industry experts.
Job Specifics
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate financial impacts across a full medical drug rebate portfolio using best‑practice modeling.
- Develop new analytics and technology to drive Evio’s evaluation of medical drug contract performance.
- Identify efficiencies and recommend innovative solutions to Evio leadership.
- Facilitate data ingestion and standardization of critical medical drug rebate data extracts from investor plans and third‑party vendors.
- Partner with contracting teams to manage relationships with third parties managing Evio plans’ drug rebate processing.
- Work independently and efficiently.
- Gain exposure to true innovation in healthcare and contribute to solving US healthcare challenges.
Skills and Experience
- 3–7 years as a rebate data analyst at a PBM, health plan, or pharma manufacturer.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL (or similar analytical tools).
- Superior problem‑solving capabilities and learning agility.
- Experience with medical drug claims data, rebates, Medispan (or First Databank) and medical coding (HCPCs, CPTs).
- Collaborative team player with a passion for using data to inform decisions.
- Experience with large, complex databases and process automation.
- Bachelor’s degree.

Salary Considerations – Anticipated annual base pay range: $90,000 – $110,000 plus additional variable compensation.
