This role is designed for an experienced professional who can act as a trusted advisor to clients while leading delivery team transformations.

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills – strongly builds trust and leads senior-level client conversations, upskilling, brainstorming, planning, and change management.
• Strong Domain Expertise and Industry Experience – ideally at VP level or above in domains such as marketing/sales, finance, or talent/culture and data-intensive industries like financial services, healthcare, engineering, or analytics.
• Effectively understands strategy and translates business needs into technology solutions
