We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing ERP projects, focusing on Workday implementation and integration. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ERP solutions.
The expected pay range for this position is $ – $ USD annually, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities- Manage the end‑to‑end development lifecycle, including resourcing, design, unit testing, building review, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
- Translate client requirements into comprehensive deliverables and roadmaps for implementation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including consultants, developers, and subject‑matter experts—to translate business requirements into feature specifications.
- Identify technical constraints, dependencies, and potential risks, proactively addressing them to ensure successful execution.
- Plan and execute projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Manage quality assurance processes for deliverables.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including implementation guides and process documentation.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, well‑organized, and easy to understand for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Facilitate thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and follow best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to propose potential solutions to clients.
- Identify gaps in the development lifecycle and propose improvements to ensure success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Technical Writing.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, or Business Administration, preferably working with ERP projects focused on Workday.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and integration concepts.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and create structure and process where gaps exist.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and devise creative solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, business analysts, and subject‑matter experts.
