• Own the Release Lifecycle:
  Independently manage and execute all deployments using Change Sets and SFDX/CLI, managing code repositories.
• Act as a Strategic Advisor:
  Provide guidance on system architecture, data structures, and new feature implementation.
• Champion Platform Security:
  Design and maintain profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and overall data access.
• Lead Release Readiness:
  Track Salesforce seasonal releases, analyze impacts, and prepare platform for updates.
• Build Engaging Experiences:
  Design, build and maintain customer‑facing portals and internal sites using Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud.
• Drive Platform Excellence:
  Perform core admin functions—user account maintenance, advanced reports, dashboards, and complex automations with Salesforce Flow.
• Collaborate and Deliver:
  Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage projects from conception to deployment.

• Ownership mindset: experience in small, agile companies, wearing multiple hats.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (certification required).
• 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Mastery of deployment processes:
  Change Sets, SFDX, CLI.
• Experience with Experience Cloud sites.
• Expertise in security & data modeling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flow automation.
• Experience with Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein is desirable.
