Your role at Dynatrace
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our customer support and success. You will troubleshoot our platform for Dynatrace clients, working across multiple technical environments and languages within the digital ecosystem. This role offers continuous learning opportunities to grow as a "technologist". Key qualities include troubleshooting passion, enterprise application support experience, creativity, high energy, strong communication, self-motivation, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
Sharing knowledge and suggesting product improvements are encouraged.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years of related technical experience (support, development, etc.)
- Experience with SaaS applications and infrastructure
- Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React
Relevant technical training or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Preferred Requirements:
- 3+ years of supporting/developing SaaS applications and infrastructure
- Experience in client interaction, support roles preferred
- Full-stack web application experience (Java, .NET, Go, Python)
- Familiarity with Linux OS
- Knowledge of container platforms and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift)
- Network troubleshooting skills
