The expected pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

This role is an entry level position as a Technology Consultant. You will be responsible for solving client’s complex business problems and be able to translate requirements into strategies and solutions. This is a hands‑on technical position which will be responsible for requirements gathering for integrations/changes, design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.

This role requires the ability to work in a changeable client‑service environment, to be an effective listener and communicator, and to provide creative solutions through targeted resources and technical expertise to our clients.

• Leverage firm learning resources to continuously build expertise in Workday and related technology platforms.
• Analyze complex client technical requirements, apply logical problem‑solving skills, and communicate solutions in clear, simple language.
• Deliver innovative solutions by enhancing and implementing existing software tools and platforms, while also contributing to the development of new solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes within systems and providing effective, actionable resolutions.
• Investigate integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and design documentation to support the full integration deployment lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for client enhancements by leveraging new features and functionality introduced in Workday releases.

• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Java preferred.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating with passionate stakeholders and end users.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
