The expected pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
The start date for this position is January 19, 2026.
- Leverage firm resources and training programs to build a strong understanding of Workday functionality.
- Participate in all phases of system implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Assist clients in testing Workday HR, payroll, and financial transactions through unit, integration, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and parallel testing.
- Document processes, solution designs, and integration flows using flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual tools.
- Prepare end-user training materials and support documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
- Configure system modules following established best practices and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by identifying root causes in system configuration, integrations, or data, and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.
- Manage assigned tasks and deliverables using firm-provided project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior business leaders.
- Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to gather requirements, write clear documentation, and present findings or solutions effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s (or higher) is a plus.
