Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join a team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $115,000 to $145,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with company growth objectives.
  • Provide expert consultation and mediation for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair resolutions.
  • Conduct impartial investigations and advise on employment actions to optimize performance while mitigating risks.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Drive employee retention and engagement by strengthening workplace relationships and improving management capabilities.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of HR experience and 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including employee relations, labor laws, and organizational change.
  • Have the ability to analyze and interpret employee relations data to drive business strategies.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and effectively execute HR strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear guidance and influence decision-making.
  • Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • A strong understanding of business operations, financial standing, and competitive landscape.
  • Able to leverage data and analytics to develop strategies that enhance the employee experience.
  • Prior experience facilitating onboarding programs and identifying developmental needs for teams and individuals.
