The People and Culture (P&C) team is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through retirement, collaborating closely with various departments such as New Site Development, Construction, Operations, Sales, Finance, Tech & Systems, and Legal to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment. Our P&C team is distinguished by its proactive and strategic approach. Unlike in many organizations where P&C functions are limited to administrative oversight, our P&C professionals are empowered with the authority and responsibility to drive critical processes directly.

This includes talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational planning. By leveraging in-house expertise, our P&C team can align long-term organizational sustainability with innovative P&C practices and cost-effective strategies. This alignment ensures that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to contribute to the company's success. ** Job Requirements
** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business / Organizational Development and / or equivalent qualifications in Learning and Development8+ years in Talent Management / Performance / L&D or HRBP roles with strong program and stakeholder management; experience running regional cycles in a global company.

Strong facilitation, coaching and enablement skills; ability to translate global standards into clear NA guidance.

Comfort working with senior and high potential leaders; ability to coach managers on performance/talent(Preferred) experience supporting leadership programs and psychometric tools (e.g. Hogan)
Extensive experience using Microsoft Office software tools, such as excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and word.
