Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO, for a Human Resources Coordinator at Home Instead Denver. The HR Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, manage benefits administration, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include onboarding employees, maintaining HR records, collaborating with team members to foster a productive work environment, and ensuring a supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management
- Experience with Benefits Administration and HR Policies implementation
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering workplace collaboration
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in an on-site environment
- Experience in senior care, healthcare, or service-oriented industries is a plus
