You support day-to-day Talent Acquisition and Human Resources operations, with a strong focus on recruiting coordination and onboarding. You ensure candidates and new hires have a smooth, organized experience from interview through their first days at the company. You work closely with recruiters, HR leaders, hiring managers, and new employees in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Support- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Create, distribute, and track interview guides, evaluation forms, and related materials for interview teams.
- Support offer letter preparation and background check initiation.
- Organize, facilitate, and continuously improve the company’s onboarding program.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, sessions, and materials for new hires.
- Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure new hires are set up for success on day one.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding period.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist with offboarding processes.
- Respond to employee questions and route issues as needed.
- Support benefits enrollment, changes, and basic employee communications.
- Assist with HR programs such as performance reviews, policy acknowledgements, and compliance training.
- Prepare documents, templates, and reports for HR initiatives.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support ongoing projects and ad‑hoc report requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
- Provide backup support to other HR team members as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Comfort working with HR systems and collaboration tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Professional judgment and discretion.
- Strong service mindset when supporting candidates, new hires, and employees.
- 1‑2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR coordination, or a related role.
- Hands‑on experience scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding activities is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR systems; applicant tracking system exposure a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience supporting a growing or fast‑moving organization is a plus.
$50,000 - $60,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX, LLC total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
