Vice President of Human Resources

Confidential | Denver Metro Area

We are partnering with a private equity–backed services organization experiencing significant growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions. This newly elevated Vice President of Human Resources role will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position responsible for building scalable people infrastructure, supporting a large frontline workforce, and helping guide the organization through its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Lead and scale HR across a labor-intensive, multi-location workforce
  • Build and optimize HR infrastructure, systems, policies, and processes to support rapid growth and acquisitions
  • Partner with leadership on talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management
  • Oversee employee relations, compliance, risk mitigation, and labor strategy across multiple states
  • Support M&A activity, including HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration
  • Develop a people-first culture while balancing operational rigor, accountability, and scalability
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
Ideal Background
  • 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Experience in services, construction, facilities, hospitality, event staffing, or similar frontline-heavy industries
  • Background in high-growth and/or private equity–backed environments
  • Exposure to acquisitions and organizational scaling
  • Union experience is required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically at the executive level
