- Manage the full recruitment life cycle — sourcing, networking, interviewing, negotiating, and closing technical professionals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates across heavy industrial sectors.
- Leverage creative sourcing strategies and cold outreach to connect with passive talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and deliver results quickly
. - Conduct detailed reference checks and ensure exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop new business opportunities through every candidate and client interaction —
consultative, not transactional
. - Collaborate with a team that shares leads, celebrates wins, and supports each other’s goals.

What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent recruiting experience).
