The Corporate Recruiter will serve as the internal talent acquisition leader for both LaMar’s Donuts & Coffee and MLJ Lux Design Builders. This role is responsible for building and executing recruiting strategies for executive leadership, corporate headquarters roles, culinary and hospitality professionals, restaurant operations leaders, and luxury construction personnel. The position requires a recruiter who is comfortable operating across both high‑volume restaurant staffing and high‑discretion executive / luxury talent searches.

- Finance & accounting – Franchise development
- Real estate & site selection – Marketing & brand

- Culinary & Beverage – Executive chefs
- R&D / test kitchen staff – Beverage & barista managers
- Restaurant Operations – General managers
- Multi‑unit leaders – Training managers
- District & regional leadership
MLJ Lux Design Builders:
- Executive & Corporate – Construction leadership
- Finance & accounting – Project management
- Sales & client experience
- Luxury Construction & Design – Superintendents
- Project managers – Estimators
- Designers & architects
- Skilled trade leadership (high‑end residential)
- Partner directly with CEOs and executive leadership to forecast staffing needs.
- Build proactive candidate pipelines for both restaurant and construction divisions.
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Represent both brands with a premium candidate experience aligned with luxury and hospitality standards.
- Develop recruiting processes, interview scorecards, and hiring workflows.
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality‑of‑hire, cost‑per‑hire).
- Coordinate recruiting efforts across corporate and franchise growth timelines.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (restaurant, hospitality, construction, franchising, or multi‑industry preferred).
- Demonstrated success hiring both operational talent and executive leadership.
- Experience supporting high‑growth organizations or multi‑unit expansion.
- Strong sourcing skills using Linked In Recruiter, ATS platforms, and industry networks.
- Professional presence and discretion suitable for executive and ultra luxury client environments.
- Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 DOE
