The RoleWe are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join the People team as a People Operations Associate. You will support our employees across the Americas and EMEA regions, reporting to the HR Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is high-energy, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about culture and creating a welcoming workplace. You will support key People Operations processes, oversee our Denver office, and help drive culture and engagement initiatives to create an exceptional employee experience.
This is a cross-functional role supporting People Operations initiatives across North America and EMEA, with a requirement for candidates to be located in the Denver area to support our Denver office.
- Office Management
:
Create a welcoming, well-run Denver hub, host in-office gatherings, and make global teammates feel at home when they visit. Be the go-to person for the office—welcoming new hires and ensuring the team has what they need on site. Manage access and logistics (keys, badges, systems). - Human Resources
:
Support onboarding so new hires feel supported and ready to dive in. Ensure HR processes, policies, and documents are organized and compliant. Turn data into insights by pulling information from HR systems to shape how we work and grow. - Culture
:
Develop ideas to keep employees connected and energized (virtual and in-person). Contribute to the monthly TRAILD Newsletter and gather feedback to shape future initiatives. - Operations
:
Refresh onboarding guides and training materials to scale with growth. Craft clear internal communications and keep employee resources up to date. Provide flexible support to the People Team as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
- Comfortable with HR systems and office tools. Experience with HiBob, Deel, or Sequoia One is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong collaborator with a growth mindset, hands-on execution, adaptability, and a scale-up spirit.

The base salary range for this position is:
- U.S. Candidates: USD $70,000 – $90,000 per year
Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and geographic location
