Overview
Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition (Selection & Screening) to lead full-cycle hiring for mission-critical roles across our 12 schools. You’ll ensure every scholar is taught by highly effective, equity-centered educators by refining our recruitment systems, driving inclusive practices, and cultivating responsive candidate experiences.

Reports To:
Director of Talent Acquisition
- 90% of mid-year open roles filled within 4 weeks
- 100% of SY27 vacancies reported in February will be filled by summer PD
- 90% of hiring managers are satisfied with recruitment support
- Consistently responsive, high-touch candidate experience across all stages
- Own the process from pipeline generation through final interview coordination
- Conduct resume reviews, candidate screens, and hiring debriefs with urgency and care
- Use to track and manage candidate flow
- Coach school and team leaders on equitable selection practices
- Deliver real-time, constructive feedback during hiring stages
- Lead weekly campus hiring meetings
- Respond to all applicants within 24–72 hours
- Personalize communication and maintain a strong employer brand voice
- Coordinate next steps with clarity, warmth, and precision
- Log all interactions and insights in to streamline processing
- Analyze recruitment trends and recommend system improvements
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring initiatives
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition or School-Based Roles – with a proven track record of leading full-cycle hiring and collaborating closely with hiring managers
- Experience Managing High-Volume, Mission-Critical Hiring Pipelines – including resume screening, candidate communications, and interview coordination
- Strong Coaching and Facilitation Skills – with the ability to support hiring managers in equitable selection, interviewing, and decision-making
- Demonstrated Commitment to Equitable and Inclusive Hiring Practices – including strategies to mitigate bias, prioritize lived experience, and ensure a high-touch candidate journey
Preferred
- Experience in K–12 Education or Nonprofit Recruitment – especially in roles that require deep collaboration with school-based or community teams
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – such as or similar tools to track, analyze, and optimize hiring workflows
- Strong Communication and Project Management Skills – including the ability to manage competing timelines, lead cross-functional hiring conversations, and personalize outreach
- Familiarity with Competency-Based Interviewing and Data-Informed Hiring Decisions – with a lens toward equity, impact, and candidate quality
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a salary range of $65,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
