Overview
Manager - HRIS & People Support at Frontier Airlines. The role oversees HRIS, Onboarding and People Support functions.
What Will You Be Doing?The Manager of HRIS & People Support oversees the management of the HRIS, Onboarding and People Support functions. You and your team will be responsible for system administration of the HRIS (UKG Pro), including security and workflow administration, maintaining electronic employment records, generating HRIS reports, maintaining SOX compliance, and implementing system upgrades. You will be the main point of contact for employment-related inquiries from new hires and current employees.
In Onboarding and People Support, you and your team will enter new employees’ information into the HRIS, assist with transitions between positions or projects, maintain data integrity, and gather feedback to improve onboarding. Your team will welcome new hires and provide necessary information, documents, and materials, including badging activities, to set them up for success.
Essential Functions- Subject matter expert and administrator for Ulti Pro HRIS, including security, workflow, upgrades, enhancements and lifecycle support. Partner with Benefits, Payroll and Recruiting for HRIS projects; administer Manager and Employee self-services.
- Optimize functionality and validate data across HR databases; support SOX and audit projects; maintain documented procedures.
- Manage onboarding of new employees, ensure accurate data entry and electronic records.
- Develop a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service to employees, contractors and new hires.
- Coordinate with Learning & Development to schedule new hire orientation and implement technology solutions for employee self-service.
- Ensure data accuracy of employment records and facilitate transfers between positions/work locations from a system perspective.
- Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits to provide necessary data for payroll and benefits.
- Support continuous improvement and lead HRIS-related initiatives.
- Identify, create and disseminate regular and ad-hoc reporting on employee data for leadership and develop the HRIS team.
- Manage special projects and committees as needed.
- Serve as an internal consultant for the company.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Onboarding Manager, HRIS Manager or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience with UKG Pro strongly preferred; experience with similar HRIS systems required
- Ability to maintain and protect confidential information in a dynamic environment
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a unionized workforce preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Availability to travel up to 10% of the time

- Extended working hours may be required during start-ups, changes or transitions
Salary Range: $100,104 - $132,870. This posting closes on or before midnight 11/30/25 MT.
