Overview

This position is for a Bar Back at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center within Assembly Hall Bar + Market. The Bar Back is responsible for ensuring the outlet bar is fully stocked with liquor, wine, beer, glassware and other supplies. The position also involves ensuring cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas, and other tasks as assigned.

• Must have refined verbal communication skills
• Previous food & beverage experience preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Requires a considerable amount of standing and the ability to lift, push and carry a moderate to heavy amount of weight

Candidates must have open availability for late afternoons and evenings, shift times will be from 4pm - 12:30am. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. $22.00 per hour, plus some tips.

• Must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous bar & beverage experience preferred
• This position may involve a considerable amount of walking or standing
• Must be able to lift, push and carry a moderate amount of weight
• Must be 21 years of age
