Job DetailsCompensation: The hourly base pay range for this position is $19.29 per hour plus tips.
Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position is various days and shifts. Weekend nights a must!

Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for benefits outlined above. Eligibility requirements depend on your job classification, length of employment and number of hours worked. Responsibilities- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests.
- Greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor and use guests’ last names during interactions.
- Use salutation of the day, welcome guests, and practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
- Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services, luggage storage, opens vehicle and hotel doors, and delivers messages, items or guest amenities as requested.
- Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; shuttles guests to appropriate places that are approved by the location.
- Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures, issues claim checks, and collects claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys, maintaining ticket information, calculating and collecting revenue for vehicles when needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
- One (1) month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skill:
Ability to read and write standard English; comprehend simple instructions; write simple correspondence; present information one-on-one and in small groups; perform basic math and understand rates; operation manual transmission highly desirable; perform parallel parking.
