As our Assistant General Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of our hotel. In the absence of the General Manager, you'll supervise various departments and focus on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and the development of associates. • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Rooms or F&B department in a hotel, or a 4-year college degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 3 to 4 years of related experience
• Must be effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid.
