$20-23/hr | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, No Weekends

• Review and process prior authorization requests
• Communicate with providers and insurance companies to obtain approvals
• Follow up on pending or denied requests and file appeals when necessary
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits
• Accurately document authorization status in EMR systems

• Minimum 1 year of recent medical prior authorization experience
• Strong knowledge of insurance plans and authorization procedures
• Familiarity with EMRs and insurance databases
• Strong ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Oncology experience preferred

• This is an in-person position based in Downtown Denver, CO
• 5-day-per-week clinic schedule; local candidates only
• A full background check and drug screen are required prior to hire
