. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with clients to build essential skills, support positive behaviors, and help improve quality of life. This is a rewarding, hands-on role with paid training, strong clinical support, and opportunities to grow within the field of behavioral health.
- Competitive Pay: $21.00–$25.00/hour, with opportunities for growth
- Paid Training:
Must be able to commit to approximately 60 hours of paid training, including modules, webinars, and assessment - Supportive Team:
Ongoing guidance from experienced Supervisors and BCBAs - Flexible Scheduling:
Part-time and full-time options; sessions typically occur between 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm - Career Growth:
Potential BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates - Benefits:

- Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect accurate data during therapy sessions
- Work with clients in home, community, school, or clinic settings
- Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support strategies
- Support caregivers as needed
- Maintain timely session notes and timecards
- Collaborate with Supervisors and clinical teams
- Adhere to ethical standards and company policies
- Support new hires through shadowing and overlap sessions
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College coursework in progress or completed (preferred)
- At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred, not required)
- Availability of at least 15 hours per week during afternoons/evenings
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance (paid travel time provided)
- Ability to pass background check, TB test, physical/Fit for Duty exam, and provide or obtain proof of required immunizations
