- Mentorship Support – You’ll receive direct mentorship from our Lead Mentorship Team and direct one-on-one support from our Clinical Director. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your client caseload, but never be without expert support.
In this role, you’ll have the time, resources, and team support to:
- Manage a caseload of clients by providing behavior analytic services and protocol modifications
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
- Develop personalized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Oversee data collection and progress analysis
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Lead parent and caregiver training sessions
- Collaborate with all Continuum BCBAs, schools, community providers, and other professionals
- Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and Virginia License
- Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services
- Collaborative, positive approach to working with clients, families, and colleagues
- Starting salary from $75,000-$80,000, with increases for experience
