- Colorado – Home‑based in the Boulder region, Colorado Springs region and the Greater Denver region;
Clinic‑based in Centennial, CO - Georgia – Home‑based and clinic‑based in and around the greater Atlanta region (includes Cartersville, Conyers, Cumming, Douglasville, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, Riverdale and Stockbridge)
- Illinois – Home‑based in Chicagoland;
Clinic‑based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights - Massachusetts – Home‑based across the state (excluding Western Mass and the Cape);

- Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA experience
- Comfortable working with families and providing in‑home services
Job Responsibilities
As a successful BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans for lifelong success. You will supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans remain on track. You will provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers regarding managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA.
