Kinetic Centre Denver is a performance-driven chiropractic and functional movement clinic focused on treating athletes and active individuals through advanced assessment, evidence-informed care, and movement-based rehabilitation. The Role

We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Kinetic Centre Practitioner to join our Denver location. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to work with athletes, develop strong diagnostic and treatment skills, and actively contribute to building a high-performance clinic.

This position is commission-based, with all treatment rooms, equipment, technology, and administrative support fully provided by the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate patients under the clinical and administrative supervision of the Clinic Director
  • Deliver comprehensive care including:
    • Chiropractic adjustments (based on clinical judgment)
    • Myofascial and soft tissue therapies
    • Functional movement rehabilitation and exercise programming
  • Follow Kinetic Centre clinical protocols, including:
    • Baseline and follow-up movement screens using Kinetisense
    • Education on movement mechanics, symptom drivers, and long-term injury prevention
    • Objective re-screening to demonstrate progress
  • Participate in clinic operations including equipment upkeep and shared space responsibilities
  • Contribute to the clinic’s public presence through marketing, community outreach, events, and partnerships
  • Support coverage for other practitioners when required (travel, vacation, or special events)
  • Approximately 32–38 clinic hours per week
  • Monday–Friday clinic schedule (with some Saturdays as optional)
  • All contracted hours are expected to be spent in the clinic or approved in-person marketing activities
  • When patient volume is low, clinical hours shift toward marketing and relationship-building efforts
  • Professional dress code consistent with an athletic, clinical environment
  • Position is W2 with an hourly rate between $40-60/hr - varies by practitioner
  • Product sales commission (varies by product)
  • Screening and mass-screening commission opportunities
  • Monthly pay cycle
  • 3 weeks vacation in Year 1 (with scheduling guidelines)
  • Full access to:
    • Treatment rooms and rehab space
    • Kinetisense technology and clinic equipment
    • Front-desk booking and billing support
    • Clinic branding, marketing assets, and social media promotion
    • Liability insurance coverage associated with clinic operations

Qualifications
  • Massage Therapist certificate from an accredited program
  • Experience or specialization in sports or athletic populations
  • Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and movement-based treatment

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment
  • High personal accountability and professionalism
