Join Our Team as an Admissions Coordinator at Rehab Without Walls! We are seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to be the frontline advocate for our patients and their families.

• Serve as the frontline advocate for patients and families.
• Check benefits and coordinate with commercial payers and workers' compensation programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

• Minimum of Associate’s degree in business or health care related field preferred.
• Related admissions and medical insurance work experience considered in place of degree
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Able to function with minimal supervision
• Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
