Personal Care Worker

Human Touch Home Health Care is looking for a Personal Care Worker to join our team and help our clients live their healthiest and most fulfilling lives at home.

We offer a variety of affordable and high-quality home health care solutions to meet the needs of seniors, disabled, and ill members of the community.

• Provide unskilled personal care services and homemaking services to the company s patients.
• Attend to any unskilled personal care services required by the consumer using the Rules and Regulations document provided by the Company.
• Accompany or drive patients to physician/clinics.
• Provide assistance or stand-by assistance with bathing, skin care, hair care, toileting, dressing, shaving, nail care, mouth care, etc.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Make bed, change and launder linens.
• Wash dishes, prepare meals and grocery shop.
• Clean stove, kitchen, bathroom, and the consumer s living area and bedroom.
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, take out trash, run errands as needed, mop floors (ensure the floor is dry before leaving).
• Advise staffing director of requests which cannot be met or of conditions which are unsafe.
• Be dependable to consumers and the Company in both providing and documenting services on time sheets.
• Additional responsibilities may be added as appropriate.

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents.
• Requires personal transportation, valid state issued driver's license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law.
• Some experience working with elderly and frail but will train.
• Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications.

• Full-time
• Part-time

$18 -$18.50 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• Night shift
