Bilingual premium for qualifying languages is 3.5% higher than starting salary if pass bilingual exam on first week of hire.
Position SummaryThe Tenant‑Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program will provide housing assistance to eligible households. TBRA meets the needs of participants by subsidizing the difference between total rent and the monthly tenant rent (based on Tenant Rent Calculation Worksheet or other approved form), to be calculated and tracked by staff at CHN, or the referring agency, and paid out by CHN.

- Coordinate all occupancy aspects of TBRA, a scattered‑site housing subsidy program, across the state of Colorado.
- Coordinate with Case Managers in regional offices to schedule annual housing inspections. In some cases, schedule and perform housing inspections. Follow up with tenants and landlords to ensure any deficiencies are remedied.
- Accurately and efficiently coordinate client meetings, waitlist maintenance, eligibility screenings, file upkeep, documentation, recertification, trainings, reporting and all other responsibilities associated with subsidy programs.
- Serve as liaison and technical support for other AIDS Service Organizations participating in the TBRA program.
- Coordinate database updates and check distribution for the TBRA program.
- Provide support to TBRA participants navigating challenging housing situations.
- Develop and assist in the maintenance of resources for staff and clients in all areas of affordable housing.
- Collaborate with Case Management to ensure the provision of housing accessibility for all clients, and the development of long‑term housing plans for program participants.
- Track and submit appropriate documentation, billing and reports to the Housing Programs Manager and appropriate partners/grantors.
- Develop and maintain ongoing working relationships with local landlords, housing authorities and affordable housing providers.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, clinical supervisions and all appropriate CHN staff meetings and other partner meetings in the community.
- Assist with agency program audits, as needed.
Must be able to work in a diverse setting with diverse populations, including persons living with HIV, the LGBTQ+ community, persons of various ethnic backgrounds, disenfranchised communities.
