• Advocate for client, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment
• Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs
• Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout the duration of treatment
• Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment
• Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training, etc. as necessary for client post‑discharge
• Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support, etc.)

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Min. 1‑year experience in treatment industry preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety is required
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Warm, empathetic, respectable personality
