Position

Director of Housing Support Services, Scattered Site is responsible for working with other HSS Director Teams on the development, maintenance, and provision of high-quality CCH Supportive Housing programming in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors, program funders, and leadership staff. This position will oversee the Supportive Housing programming primarily for clients who are placed in scattered site housing throughout the Denver Metro area.

The Director will ensure compliance with all CCH, City, state, and federal requirements for projects under their purview, including grant reports, client service activities, data analysis, and other tracking tools to manage program outcomes. The Director of Housing Support Services will contribute to short and long-term strategic planning and implementation of all CCH Supportive Housing Initiatives. The position will also work closely with the Onsite HSS Director and other CCH leadership to assist in designing and overseeing new Supportive Housing initiatives as assigned.

This position will collaborate to create a trauma-informed, supportive, inclusive work environment for staff and clientele under their division.

Masters degree in Social Work or related field required. Licensure in the State of Colorado as a LCSW or LPC required; co-licensure as a CACIII or LAC strongly preferred.

Note: In order to ensure that our consumers receive the best possible care the candidate chosen to fill this position will be required to complete our internal credentialing and privileging process prior to a start date. The credentialing and privileging timeline is dependent on the selected candidates submission of documents necessary for clearance. Please note that a start date will be scheduled once credentialing and privileging is complete.
