Overview
We are seeking a Full‑Time Primary Therapist to provide direct client care in a holistic mental health and addiction treatment setting in Lafayette, CO.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop individual treatment plans.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions.
- Manage client progress and ensure documentation compliance.
- Perform crisis management and care coordination.
- Support client dignity, independence, and recognize mental health and substance use symptoms.
- Master’s Degree in counseling or social work.
- Active licensure or pending licensure in Colorado.
- Preferred: CAC II, CAC III, or LAC credentials.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually. The position follows standard business hours, with occasional on‑call duties, and is onsite.
