Overview
Power Health Colorado is an integrated care practice group serving the greater Denver area. Our provider teams include fellowship-trained physiatrists, PAs, DPTs, PTAs, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, and more. The Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and education for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and work-related injuries. The PT will collaborate closely with their fellow providers, admin staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuity of care.
This role requires clinical expertise, excellent communication, and strong documentation practices within an outcomes-focused environment.
We expect our physical therapists to see a minimum of 3 patients per hour. You will have plenty of support staff (PTA e2a2s and PT techs) to rely on as you achieve your patient visit targets. - Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and functional impairments.
- Deliver hands-on and exercise-based interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall performance.
- Coordinate patient care plans with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Document all clinical interactions in the EMR accurately and timely, following state and payer guidelines.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, ergonomics, and preventive strategies to reduce re-injury.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and team meetings to enhance program outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including DORA and HIPAA.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on growth, professionalism, and patient satisfaction.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master e2a2s degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Current and unrestricted Colorado Physical Therapy license.
- Dry needling certification required
- Minimum of 1 a012 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Workers a0 a0
Compensation and Personal Injury (PI) cases strongly preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-based mindset.
