As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a key role in our pharmacy operations by operating state-of-the-art Paxit automated packaging and dispensing equipment, fulfilling bulk prescription orders, and accurately staging finished items for shipment to our valued customers. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate across departments, providing support to various areas of the pharmacy as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Location:

On Site at Our Closed-Door Pharmacy: 8971-B Harlan Street, Westminster, CO 80031

Salary range: $19-$20/hour plus shift differential

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday, Rotating Shifts

(Tue-Fri: 8:30am-5pm, 10am-6:30pm, 10:30am-7pm or 11:30am-8pm, Sat: 10am-6:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment
  • Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
  • Replenish supplies in packaging, dispensing, and staging areas
  • Respond promptly to equipment faults and workflow issues
  • Use systems such as Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking
  • Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks
  • Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling
  • Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing
  • Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Current and in good standing State Pharmacy Technician license, National certification preferred
  • Basic computer, math and analytical skills
  • A solid understanding of medical terminology
  • Willingness to learn new things
