As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. You are adaptable to patient needs, collaborative with peers, and able to make referrals to help patients thrive. You also train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
