- Conduct home supervisory visits to ensure quality care and client satisfaction.

- Assist with care coordination, documentation, and occasional client follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain effective care plans.
- Home care or senior care experience REQUIRED.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
