Certified Addiction Specialist; CAS

Job Overview

Seeking a compassionate Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) or licensed therapist to provide outpatient individual and group therapy at our Cortez location, supporting behavioral health and Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT).

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, CBT).
• Provide psychoeducation, support patient goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in case management and program development.
• Offer in-person and telehealth services, working Monday through Friday.

Colorado licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, CAS) with preferred CAS or advanced credentials. Experience in SUD or behavioral health is preferred, with a strong commitment to harm reduction and trauma-informed care.

Competitive salary ($50,000-$72,000), bonuses, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401(K), and student loan repayment options. The role is in-office with telehealth options, serving rural communities. The application period is approximately 30 days, with a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days.
