Job Overview
Seeking a compassionate Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) or licensed therapist to provide outpatient individual and group therapy at our Cortez location, supporting behavioral health and Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT).
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, CBT).
- Provide psychoeducation, support patient goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in case management and program development.
- Offer in-person and telehealth services, working Monday through Friday.
Colorado licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, CAS) with preferred CAS or advanced credentials. Experience in SUD or behavioral health is preferred, with a strong commitment to harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
