The Clinical Training Manager leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative clinical training programs that enhance the competencies of behavioral health professionals across Well Power. This role ensures training initiatives align with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and best practices in trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care. Through strategic collaboration, curriculum development, and staff supervision, the Clinical Training Manager fosters a learning culture that supports clinical excellence and continuous improvement in service delivery.

The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
Job Duties & Functions- Supervise licensed and unlicensed Clinical Training Specialists to ensure training quality, prioritization, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with licensure, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Quality Improvement, Compliance, Finance, and clinical leadership to maintain accurate training records and integrate audit findings into training content.
- Develop and facilitate engaging, high‑quality clinical training programs (live, virtual, asynchronous) aligned with adult learning principles.
- Oversee specialized training initiatives such as APA continuing education, Measurement‑Based Care, deem status programs, Peer Specialist certification, and LAC/CAC certification.
- Lead development and implementation of tailored training plans for clinical staff.
- Conduct training needs assessments, maintain LMS (e.g., Health Stream), evaluate training quality, and submit regular reports on impact and attendance.
- Develop and implement effective Electronic Health Record training to ensure compliance and billing accuracy.
- Provide clinical consultation and support to teams navigating complex care scenarios and regulatory changes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintain a trauma‑informed environment of wellbeing.
Education
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health disciplines.
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Equivalent.
- 2 years of direct clinical experience.
- 2 years designing and delivering clinical training programs.
- 2 years managing people, projects, and programs.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, LMS platforms, and eLearning authoring tools.
This role is performed in a hybrid work setting with occasional local travel to Well Power sites and partner locations, as well as potential travel to conferences such as CBHC and Nat Con. The work environment is a standard office setting with no significant exposure to noise, fumes, or extreme temperatures. There are no safety hazards beyond those typically found in an office environment.
Shift/HoursThis is a Monday‑Friday hybrid opportunity with some weekends and evenings hours required.
