Sway by Spavia [Larimer Square] is hiring massage therapists at our independently owned wellness spa. Every experience-whether for our team or our guests-is designed to restore your body and refresh your mind.

Compensation Snapshot: $35-$40 per treatment + gratuities + commissions + performance bonuses.

Schedule:

days, evenings, weekends, and holidays required; flexible scheduling available.

As a Massage Therapist, you'll provide exceptional, personalized treatments while helping guests find their flow between relaxation and recovery.

Your Impact

* Perform customized therapeutic and relaxation massages with exceptional detail

* Build lasting guest relationships through our busy membership model.

* Complete thorough consultations; recommend home care and enhancements through our recommendation forms after each treatment

* Educate on importance of routine visits (monthly membership) and recommend their next treatment

* Collaborate with a team that values kindness, professionalism, and growth.

* Maintain sanitation and room reset standards; complete accurate SOAP notes post treatment

What You'll Need

* Active state Massage Therapist license
