Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Long Term Care

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an LTAC Med/Surg night shift position in Denver requiring a CO or compact RN license and 2 years of recent specialty experience.

Job Details

• Work in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Med/Surg unit,

• Night shifts from 18:00 to 06:30,

• Unit specializes in chronic care for medically complex patients,

• 13-week contract assignment,

• Must float within a 25-mile radius if required,

Job Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required,

• Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg or LTAC RN experience,

• BLS and ACLS certifications required (RCIS and RQI certifications not accepted),

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months,

• Full US Social Security Number required for consideration,

• No current permanent employment with any location in the Health Trust system while on travel assignment,

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to chronic, medically complex patients in a hospital-based LTAC unit,

• Staff are required to clock in and out using the electronic timekeeping system,

• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment,

• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility for travel assignment eligibility,

• Holiday coverage may be required as scheduled,
