Travel LocationsWe seek OTs who are flexible to travel to affiliates in 17 states:
Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
- Only travel within our Ensign affiliated Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute care facilities.

- Effectively screen/evaluate patients within short‑term and long‑term rehab and outpatient opportunities.
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients within short‑ and long‑term settings.
- Administer a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based on individual patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
- Effectively communicate with the One Clinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers.
- Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services per regulatory and clinical requirements.
Licensed Occupational Therapist.
